Etna : Group Helicopter Flight (including round trip car transfer)

Exciting flight experience to discover the volcano Etna and its natural wonders with take-off from the private helipad of Fiumefreddo di Sicilia. The tour includes shuttle service with pick-up by car from Taormina / Giardini Naxos, a welcome drink/coffee and safety briefings with experienced pilots. Flying by helicopter over Mount Etna means embracing summit craters, recent flows and the gigantic Valle del Bove at a glance. It is the most spectacular and safest way to read the “breath” of the volcano and understand how much its continuous eruptions shape the landscape. Highlights: Summit craters (Bocca Nuova, Voragine, SE, NE) and their morphological variations after eruption, Valle del Bove and the great collapse scars, Bottoniere and recent lava fields, 360° panoramas of eastern Sicily and the Aeolian Islands.

If cancelled due to bad weather, you will be offered a different date or an alternative tour of the east coast of Sicily (Taormina, Isola Bella, Castelmola, Riviera dei Ciclopi). All passengers must accept the same option offered to make the alternative flight.
• How are seats allocated in the helicopter? The assigned seats depend on the weight and height of the passengers to maintain the balance of the helicopter.
